At Codelek Technology, we provide digital products and custom software solutions. Since our offerings are intangible, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise with our digital deliveries.

We do not sell or ship physical products. As a result, there is no requirement for the return of physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally through email, online dashboards, or secure file-sharing platforms.

  • Digital products such as scripts, templates, or software tools cannot be โ€œreturnedโ€ once delivered and downloaded.
  • If you experience a technical issue or if the delivered software does not match the product demo or description, you may contact us for support or resolution.
  • In eligible cases, we may provide a corrected version or assist in resolving the issue at no additional cost.

Custom-built software is delivered in phases or upon completion. While returns are not applicable:

  • We do offer revisions or fixes if the delivered software does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Requests for adjustments must be made within the project warranty/support period (if specified in the contract).
