Refund Policy

At Codelek Technology, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which clients may request refunds.

✅ 1. Readymade Software Products

You may request a refund within 15 days of purchase if:

  • The delivered product does not match the demo shown before purchase
  • There is a technical issue caused from our end
  • The issue is not resolved in a reasonable timeframe

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Client no longer wants the product
  • Client didn’t review the product demo or description
  • Issues due to third-party server or configuration errors
  • Software was altered or customized after delivery

🚫 2. Custom Software Projects

Custom projects are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • Codelek Technology fails to deliver core features outlined in the scope
  • Major project delays occur without explanation

Refunds are not granted if the client cancels or alters project requirements mid-development.

To request a refund, please email us with the following:

  • Order ID or Project Name
  • Date of Purchase
  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
