A. Readymade Software Products

  • Fixed pricing
  • Subscription-based plans (monthly/annually)

Custom quotes are provided based on scope and features after discussion.

  • Annual renewal fees for most subscriptions
  • Optional maintenance charges

💳 4. Payment Terms

  • Full upfront payment for readymade products
  • 50% advance for custom projects, 50% on delivery

⚠️ 5. Non-Payment and Service Suspension

If a client fails to clear any outstanding payment after the completion of all agreed project requirements, including any additional features or changes that were mutually agreed upon during the development process, Codelek Technology reserves the right to take action.

  • If the due payment is not cleared within the time frame defined by Codelek Technology, the project may be temporarily paused.
  • Codelek Technology reserves the right to suspend access to the delivered software, APIs, or related systems associated with the project.
  • If payment remains unpaid beyond the specified period, Codelek Technology may permanently delete project files, source code, databases, and other related assets from its servers.
  • Any reactivation of services after suspension may require additional service or restoration charges, or Codelek Technology may deny to provide the services.

This policy ensures fair use of development resources and protects the operational integrity of Codelek Technology.

🔁 6. Refund and Cancellation

  • 15-day refund policy for readymade products (conditions apply)
  • No refund for custom projects unless there is an issue from our side

🎁 7. Discounts and Promotions

  • Seasonal offers on readymade products
  • Custom project discounts available for long-term clients or referrals

  • Primary currency: INR
  • Supports: USD, EUR, others
