Software License Policy

This Software License Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of software products and services (“Software”) provided by Codelek Technology (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the end user (“you” or “user”) under a paid subscription model.

📜 1. License Grant

Upon successful yearly payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Software. The license is tied to the domain you provide at the time of purchase.

Types of Licenses:

  • Personal License:
    • For individual use
    • Redistribution is allowed
    • No modification or reverse engineering permitted
  • Commercial License with Modification Rights:
    • For companies or advanced users
    • Redistribution is allowed
    • Modification allowed only with prior written permission
    • Reverse engineering strictly prohibited (unless legally required)

🔁 2. Subscription and Renewal

  • Valid for one year from payment date
  • Must be renewed annually
  • Non-renewal results in automatic license termination and access suspension

🌐 3. Domain-Based Access

  • License is tied to one custom domain
  • Users must manage their own domain configuration
  • Use on multiple domains requires our explicit permission

🚫 4. Restrictions

  • No modification, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering
  • No sublicensing, renting, leasing, or selling without permission

🧠 5. Intellectual Property

All rights remain with Codelek Technology. License is for use only, not ownership.

⚠️ 6. Termination

  • Breach of any term
  • Failure to renew
  • Violation of law or third-party rights

Upon termination, access is disabled and usage must cease.

🔧 7. Updates and Support

  • Software updates and bug fixes included during active license
  • Support via support@codelek.com

⚖️ 8. Legal and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of West Bengal.
